The Villa is located in Barano di Ischia (NA), in one of the most beautiful and unspoiled areas of the green island of Ischia, a few kilometers from the famous Baia dei Maronti and the charming Borgo di Sant’Angelo.

Nearby, there are well-known thermal parks, such as the ancient Fonte delle Ninfe di Nitrodi and the Poseidon Gardens, with access for people with reduced mobility, as well as thermal and sea water pools. The Aragonese Castle of Ischia Ponte offers tourists the opportunity to immerse themselves in the ancient history of the island. You can still admire the ancient village of Sant’Angelo and the La Mortella Gardens, a splendid park with subtropical and Mediterranean plants, created by Susana Walton, known and appreciated all over the world for its originality and variety of species.

Airport: Capodichino International Ariport is 7 km / 4,34 miles (approx. 20 min driving) from the harbour of Naples (Calata Porta di Massa). From the harbour of Ischia to the villa 6 km / 3,72 miles.
Harbour: the ferry from Naples to Ischia takes about 80 minutes.
Train station: Naples Railway Station (Piazza Garibaldi) 3,5 km / 2,17 miles to the harbour of Naples (Calata Porta di Massa).

Hospitality

Villa Barano is the perfect location for people with reduced mobility and their families. Enjoy the exclusive setting and all the services and comforts; the villa can accommodate up to 7 guests and guarantee total privacy.
The panoramic indoor swimming pool and the new Sky Spa are situated on the sixth floor: more than 1000sqm dedicated to wellness, with a spectacular sea view. The SPA includes showers, a bio sauna, Turkish baths, Kneipp therapy, saline tank, a relaxation area and cabins for treatments.

Bedroom 4: sleeping area for family assistant or local assistant. This is a small room with a second entrance and independent bathroom. In the absence of an assistant, guests can use the third bathroom by accessing it from an internal door, which obviously will remain closed in the presence of an assistant who is not part of the family.
Two bathrooms connected to each other: a first access area for people without any mobility difficulties and a second access area, with large passageways and maneuvering spaces, suitable for a person in wheelchair.
