With this private tour you will enjoy a full day in the heart of Florence. In the morning, you will visit the Uffizi Gallery, one of the most important museums in Florence as well as one of the oldest in modern Europe. Some of the most famous paintings in the world are preserved in this monumental building. Enjoy the masterpieces of the great masters of the Renaissance such as Leonardo, Michelangelo and Raphael and bring back home incredible memories. You will be able to recognize amazing artworks as “Primavera” and “The Birth of Venus” by Botticelli.

After the visit of the Uffizi Gallery, you will have have the opportunity to taste typical dishes of the Florentine cousine in a nice historical restaurant located in the city center.

The tour will continue in the afternoon with a nice walk to discover the historical center of Florence, considered to be an open-air museum itself, with many monuments, churches and sculptures. From the Signoria square, where stands the medieval Palazzo Vecchio and a copy of Michelangelo’s David, you will reach Ponte Vecchio, the oldest bridge of the city, where you will admire the sparkling windows of the goldsmiths. A photo from the elegant and busy Repubblica square is a must, as well as a visit of the Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore, with its astonishing brick dome, the bell tower, and the Baptistry St. John the Baptist, with the beautiful Paradise Gate.
